Who we are

SCSE Studio is a design and software studio based in Niš, Serbia. We build websites, automation and AI systems, and we keep running them for our clients after launch. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

What this policy covers

It covers two things: this website, and the tools we operate for clients, such as internal dashboards and reporting automations. It does not cover third party websites we link to.

Information we collect from visitors

• Contact form. Your name, email address and the message you write. It is delivered to our inbox by email. We do not keep it in a separate database and we use it only to reply to you.
• Technical logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site online.

Our host also runs Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site. It counts page views and referrers without cookies and without following you across other websites, so we see totals and not people. We run no advertising trackers.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, and the analytics described above are cookieless. Our host, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

Data accessed through Google APIs

Some tools we build read data from a Google account, for example a Google Business Profile or Search Console property. That access always works the same way:

• The account owner grants access through Google sign in. We never ask for and never hold Google passwords.
• We read only what the agreed report needs: business profile details, reviews and ratings, and search performance figures such as queries, clicks, impressions and average position.
• The data is shown in a private dashboard for that client and for our studio. It is stored on our own server in Europe, for as long as the tool runs.
• We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, we do not transfer it to anyone outside the work it was collected for, and we do not use it to develop or train generalised models.
• Access can be withdrawn at any time by the account owner at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by writing to us.

SCSE Studio's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else processes data

We keep the list short on purpose: Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics, Resend delivers form messages to our inbox, Google provides the APIs described above, and our own server runs the automations. Each one processes data only to provide that service.

How long we keep things

Email correspondence stays in our mailbox for as long as the working relationship and our records require. Data inside a client tool lives as long as the tool runs, and is removed when it is shut down or when the client asks for removal.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the EEA, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For a material change affecting a running client tool, we tell the client directly.
