Who we are

SCSE Studio is a design and software studio based in Niš, Serbia. In these terms, we and us mean SCSE Studio, and you means the person or company using this website or a tool we operate.

Using this website

The site is here to show what we do and to let you reach us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and contact us through it. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or automated bulk messages, and you may not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.

Client work

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Scope, price, deadlines, ownership and support are agreed in writing for each project. Where those documents and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.

Tools and dashboards we operate

• Access is given to named people, by private link or by signing in with a Google account, and can be withdrawn by either side.
• The tools read data from third party services such as Google. Those services can change, slow down or restrict their interfaces at any time, which may interrupt a report. We fix what we can, but we do not control them.
• We keep the tools running with reasonable care. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, and figures shown are for guidance, not for accounting or legal use.
• How the data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The name SCSE, this website, its text, design and code belong to SCSE Studio. Work delivered to a client belongs to that client under the terms of their agreement, once it is paid for. We may describe and show delivered work as a reference unless we agreed otherwise.

Liability

We are liable for damage we cause by intent or gross negligence. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by a third party service being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes we cannot settle by talking belong before the competent court in Niš, Serbia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and changes apply from the day they are published.
